Catholics from across the country will gather in the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception for the National Prayer Vigil for Life Opening Mass at 8:00 pm on January 21, the eve of the 34th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion.
