Changes for 2008
The National Prayer Vigil for Life will begin an hour earlier this year. Instead of 8 p.m., Opening Mass will begin at 7:00 p.m. The National Rosary for Life will then begin fifteen minutes earlier than usual, at 10:15 p.m. in the lower level Crypt Church. Confessions will begin one hour earlier, at 10 p.m., and end at midnight. Please note that for the first time in several years, the Vigil will be held from Monday night through Tuesday morning, instead of Sunday evening through Monday morning.
Monday, January 21, is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, a federal holiday. Please check travel and hotel schedules and fees, and be aware that traffic patterns will change on this day. Be sure to check on any events going on in the greater D.C. area that might cause delays in your travel.
